Are the items In Stock or Pre-order?

All our items are in stock items (except for the spree page) and are readily available for purchase.


What is the difference between spree items and in stock items?

Spree items are pre-order items, meaning we do not have the items at our end. Customers who ordered spree items will have a longer wait (depending on the supplier) as compared to in stock items which are readily available.


I am interested in purchasing with you. How do I order?

Through the enquiry and order (E & O) form, you will be able to contact us and send us orders or any enquiries that you may have. Alternatively, you can also contact us through email. Our email address can be found at the Enquiry & Order page.


What do you mean by confirmed orders?

After sending us your orders, we will check if the items are in stock and will send you an invoice for the net amount payable. However, this does not mean the items you have ordered are reserved for you as we do not take reservations unless a customer have purchased from us before.


Confirmed Orders are counted based on date and time of payment received.

Example, if Customer A and Customer B have ordered the same item and Customer A have made a payment to us first, the item will go to Customer A.


If Customer B made a payment which is later than customer A, we will refund the amount paid for the item.


Are the prices inclusive of delivery charges?

Please take note that all prices are not inclusive of delivery charges or discounts unless otherwise stated.


How will the items be delivered to me?
For all purchases, in stock as well as spree items, customers can choose between normal post and registered mail (additional fee of $2.24). For local orders, it will take approx. 2-3 working days for items to reach you.

Usually normal mail items will be posted faster by us than registered mail due to convenience of posting.

May I know how are the measurements taken?

All the measurements are taken laid flat. Also, the Thickness scale indicates if an item is sheer (see through) at 2/5 or heavy 3.5/5 etc.


I am from overseas, can I order with you?

We welcome overseas customers to purchase or enquire with us. We will give an estimation of the net amount with shipping costs as well as delivery time, without any obligation on your part. For payments, we accept Paypal payment made in Singapore Dollars. There is a 3.4% charge for payments through Paypal.


Is there any discount schemes available?

For local orders, purchases of 2 or more items (in one order) will get to enjoy free postage, not inclusive of registered mail fees if any.


For orders of $70 and above (in one order, not including registered mail fees if any), you will get to enjoy 5% discount on all items plus free normal postage.

Discounts does not apply to spree items/sale items.

Is there any refund policy?

For all purchases, if you find that the item you purchased is not the right size for you, we will gladly allow for an exchange of another in stock item.


Customers will need to pay postage for returning the bought item as well as for the sending of the exchanged item.


If the exchanged item is higher priced than the bought item, a top up of the difference in price and postage fee will be needed on customer’s side


If the exchanged item is lower priced than the bought item, we will use the difference to offset the postage for sending the exchanged item. There will be no refund of the difference (if any) after offset for postage fees had taken place.


Customers will need to notify us for an exchange within 7days of receiving the item. Any exchange will not be allowed after that time period. Exchanges can only be done once per item. Items must be in their original state as first received by customers.


Hey I like the sold out items, will you be having more in stocks for them?

Usually we bring in items in limited quantity for a colour/pattern one time only. This is so that we can offer more variety for the customers overtime. So if you like an item do grab it before they are sold out, :)


Any thing else I should be aware of?

Please take note of the measurements provided for items to reduce the chance of an exchange needed.


All our in stock items are from the original suppliers.

We do not copy make items based on pictures.
